This Privacy Policy explains what information NFN collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to nfn.one, the NFN One product and the companion app.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details when you place a preorder.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Run and biomechanics data: when you use the shoe and app, data such as route, pace, cadence, footstrike, pronation estimate, impact, balance and fatigue trends is recorded and synced to your account.
- Technical data: device type, browser, and basic usage data to operate and improve the service.
- Local storage: your shopping bag and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage on your device.
2. How we use information
- To process and ship your order and provide support.
- To operate the app and generate your run insights.
- To improve our products and services.
- To communicate with you about your order, and, with your consent, about news and launches.
- To meet legal and security obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (for example payment, shipping, hosting and analytics providers), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use minimal cookies and your browser's local storage to keep your shopping bag and preferences working. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@nfn.one.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
8. Children
NFN One is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
