Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how and when your NFN One arrives, and how returns work.
1. Shipping
Free shipping is included on every order. NFN One is sold on preorder, and all orders are scheduled to ship in September 2026. You will receive a confirmation when you order and tracking details by email as soon as your pair ships.
2. Preorder cancellations
You can cancel your preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund. Just email hello@nfn.one with your order number.
3. Returns
If NFN One is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be in original condition. Because the electronics module is removable, please return it together with the shoes. To start a return, email returns@nfn.one with your order number and we will send instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Shipping for approved returns is on us.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact returns@nfn.one within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
