Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of nfn.one (the "site") and your purchase of NFN One (the "product"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Preorders and shipping
NFN One is currently sold on a preorder basis. All preorder orders are scheduled to ship in September 2026. Estimated timelines may change as production progresses, and we will notify you of any material change. Payment is taken at the time of order to reserve your pair. You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund.
2. Pricing and payment
The product is offered at $200, plus any applicable taxes and duties shown at checkout. Prices may change, but confirmed orders are honored at the price you paid. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details on our servers.
3. Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change your preorder before it ships by contacting hello@nfn.one. Once an order has shipped, our Returns policy applies.
4. The product and the app
NFN One is a performance and coaching product, not a medical device. Insights such as cadence, footstrike, pronation estimate, impact, balance and fatigue are estimates and trends intended for training and technique analysis. They are not medical advice and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment. The companion app requires a compatible smartphone and internet connection.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or product, including attempting to reverse engineer the hardware or software, interfering with the service, or reselling the product without authorization.
6. Intellectual property
The NFN name, logo, product designs, software and site content are owned by NFN or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use them without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and product are provided to the extent permitted by law on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or product.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
